My uncle owns a vineyard. Just a small one out in the country but to us, it produces some of the best wines we have ever tasted. So whenever we have a gathering, we would always choose his house as the gathering location. And he would happily bring out some of his best wines for the occasion. As for me, I am impressed with his collection of wine glasses and wine openers. He has even got this best wine opener being displayed in a cabinet together with all his prize wines!
Just the other day, we have got a call from my uncle asking if we would like to have dinner with him this weekend. He claimed that has not seen his nephews and nieces for some time and would love to see us. I think he just want a reason to have a gathering. But I am not complaining. My siblings and my husband too are very excited at the thought of visiting my uncle. Even my kids are looking forward to the trip.
